British Institute of Florence
I was the PR manager for five years promoting courses to different markets including Italians wanting to learn English and the UK, America and rest of the world wanting to learn Italian and Italian culture including art history. I wrote all of the marketing texts including ad and website copy, brochures and student packs.

Nuffield Hospitals
I worked on the Nuffield Hospitals account for several years during my time as consultant for Fishburn Hedges. My role was to work on reactive and proactive PR, writing statements for journalists wanting to know more about a celebrity having an operation in one of the 32 hospitals or promoting the services they offered.

Ghostwriting clients
I have ghostwritten and edited for many clients from aerodrome engineers to aesthetics doctors. I work closely with them, and their literary agents, to ensure we get a great structure, outline, new ideas and of course content written for prospective publishers. Most recent was a book idea for a client that was bought by renowned publisher based on two sample pages.

Working on consumer shows including CarFest, London Classic Car Show, Big Feastival, Taste of London, Taste of Christmas and Golf Live. Roles have included marketing, content creation and overseeing sponsors including Eurotunnel, Heineken, Peugeot, Michelin, Next, Auto Trader, Lexus, Weber, Honda, Cinch, Napoleon Grills, Timothy Taylor's, Costa Coffee, Go Compare and Garmin.

Georgia Ingram-Moore
When talking to the family of Captain Sir Tom Moore about their tributes at his funeral we knew Georgia, his grandaughter, had a lot of wonderful memories. I talked to her about all the fun times they had and what he taught her as she had lived with him her whole life. The poem ‘The Magician’ was the result and Georgia read it beautifully, live on air watched by over 20 million people.

Rock the Cotswolds
I looked after and wrote all the content for the social media platforms and the website to showcase exciting and unexpected parts of the Cotswolds including the event we ran with Daisy May and Charlie Cooper and cast from This Country.

Commissioned to undertake a ten-week project to work with sponsor Diageo to oversee marketing content for global Taste Festivals (Australia, Brazil, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Russia and the UK). This involved ensuring that copy was written eloquently, was in line with each country's marketing campaign and that digital content was used effectively.

Marketing Cheltenham
I was asked by Cheltenham Council’s Head of Planning to research and develop a marketing strategy, and written report, to encourage inward investment, from overseas and national businesses, in a variety of sectors but predominantly cyber and digital.

Children with Cancer UK
Working with external agency and in-house team to implement marketing strategy including writing medical blogs, statements including CEO reports, expanding researcher profiles and regularly updating the website.

Random House Publishing
Responsible for the PR department including planning the month's campaigns, including book events, author tours and media publicity. My role included management and care for all 200 of the company’s authors and illustrators including Philip Pullman, Terry Pratchett, Raymond Briggs and Jacqueline Wilson.

Italy magazine
I was responsible for all of the written content of italy magazine (20k readership), its supplements and created the spin-off Dream Italian Weddings & Honeymoons magazine both sold in the UK, Europe, Australia and USA). I oversaw contributors and also wrote features for both magazines, in all sectors, from business to fashion.

Cotswold Cloche
Editing and writing for brand new online lifestyle directory and print magazine for HNWIs interested in visiting The Cotswolds.
The website looks at the best of the area including food, drink, fashion, motoring, travel, accommodation and entertainment. Launching in early 2024.

Writing, editing and affiliate marketing for this brand new initiative that launched a series of six engaging lifestyle events around the UK. Created to empower and inspire women to live a more sustainable lifestyle through the purchases they choose to make. Run by an incredible team and hosted by journalists Jo Elvin, Erin Baker and Katy Hill.

I’ve worked with numerous directors, managing directors and NEDs who are looking for a new role but feel that their CV content and design doesn’t express their abilities and personality. We have a meeting, look at what they want to do, what they’ve done and create a shiny new CV that shows the world just how employable they really are in a field of work they want to be in.
